Spring 2026 Update
Dear Friends:
Happy Spring!
What a first quarter it has been! From the Seahawks clinching another Super Bowl victory to the Mariners kicking off their Spring training, and from the groundbreaking of the RapidRide I Line to the opening of the Link 2 Line Crosslake Connection, this season is truly focused on hard work and achievement.
You have heard me say it time and again: Sports brings people together! And it does! With FIFA Soccer making its way to our region, all sectors are diligently working together. Not to mention the exciting news about the potential return of the Sonics!
While current global events may not have unfolded as we had hoped, I take pride in the regional collaboration exemplified in these first few months of the year, as we continue to serve our residents and advocate for improvements that benefit our communities.
Please take a moment to explore some of the highlights from the first quarter of this year.
