Northbound single-lane closure on Coal Creek Parkway SE as early as March 23

King County’s contractor is continuing construction activities in Bellevue.

As early as Monday, March 23, there will be a northbound single-lane closure on Coal Creek Parkway SE. The lane closure will be south of the Factoria Boulevard SE and Coal Creek Parkway SE intersection. The lane closure allows the contractor to work safely in the area.

This temporary lane closure will last about one week, then intermittently through the end of the project.

What to expect:

  • Traffic impacts: Expect traffic delays. At least one lane of traffic will be open. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. Drivers and cyclists will share a lane when traveling through the work area. Please use caution passing through the work area.
  • Work hours: Permitted work hours for the northbound single-lane closure are 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Construction vehicles will be entering and leaving the work area.
  • Construction noise typical to a work site.
