2025 Docket Report
On April 30, 2025, the King County Executive submitted the 2025 Docket Report to the County Council. As required by King County Code (K.C.C.) 20.18.140, the report documents docket requests received in 2024 to suggest changes to the King County Comprehensive Plan, land use designations and/or zoning classifications of parcels of land, and development regulations. It includes Executive staff responses to the requests and compliance with the notification requirements in K.C.C. 20.18.140.
The Washington State Growth Management Act and K.C.C. require that the County use a docket process for interested parties to suggest such changes. In April each year, the requests submitted by parties to King County in the previous calendar year are reviewed, responded to by Executive staff, and compiled into a docket report that is transmitted to the Council and published for public review.
