Youth and Amateur Sports Grants Now Open!
Youth and Amateur Sports Grants (YASG) is now accepting applications from April 7 to May 5 at 9 a.m. We have over $3 million in available funding. Awards up to $100,000 for programs proposals and up to $250,000 for construction proposals.

Eligible applicants must be from a:
- City of Town
- Nonprofit or fiscally-sponsored organization
- Tribal organization
- Public School District
- Park District
- Other public agencies

If you have not done so already, you can create an account on the Parks Grants Portal where applications must be filled out and submitted.

Office Hours

2025 Levy Grants Applications
Thank you to all those organizations who submitted a Levy Grant application by the deadline of last Thursday, April 3. We received 179 applications requesting over $84 million in funding. While we begin the evaluation process to make award recommendations, we would like to share information about the funding requests we received. The chart below includes the number of applications, the total funding requested, and the funding Parks has available for each 2025 grant program.
