Reagan Dunn King County Councilmember District 9
Yesterday, the 19-year-old responsible for the deadly crash that killed a woman and three children in Fairwood last year pled guilty to four counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of vehicular assault.
I hope this guilty plea brings a feeling of justice to the friends and families of the victims. I am thankful to the sheriff's deputies and prosecutors who held strong and brought this case to conclusion, as charged.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 25th, where the teen is facing a standard sentencing of 17 1/2 to 23 1/2 years in prison. I will be sure to keep you all informed as the case moves forward.
