Expect single-lane traffic when turning left from the intersection
|
|
Starting as early as January 6, crews will begin pipe realignment work along the west end of Southeast 35th Place, in front of the odor control structures in the cul de sac. Expect single lane traffic when turning left from the intersection.
Flaggers and signage will direct traffic through the work area. After hours, the roadway will be restored to two-way traffic. This work is expected to take one week to complete. Access to homes will be maintained. See map below for the location of work. Please drive carefully and follow all signage and instructions from flaggers.
Pipe realignment work happening on S.E. 35th Pl to the left of the intersection.
Permanent paving planned in 2025:
Final permanent paving is weather dependent and can only be completed during the permitted paving window that runs from mid-March to mid-October. During this work, there will be temporary detours in place. We will update the project website and email the Area 6 list serv once this work is scheduled.
