Continued Public Hearing and Expected Action
The Council will accept public testimony on the 2024 Comprehensive Plan package, including the changes to the 2024 Comprehensive Plan and the Countywide Planning Policies, on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, beginning at 1:30 p.m. This meeting will allow for in-person or virtual public testimony. Information on how to participate in this hearing is available at this website.
The Council is expected to vote on the 2024 Comprehensive Plan package at this meeting. The agenda and packet for this meeting will be posted to the Council's Comprehensive Plan website as they are made available.
Public line amendments are expected by be available midday on Monday, December 2nd.
Public Comment Opportunities
Written comments on the proposed plan are welcome at any time during the Council’s review. Comments can be submitted electronically by emailing CouncilCompPlan@kingcounty.gov. The Council looks forward to your involvement in the review of the proposed 2024 Comprehensive Plan.
