The Community Health Services Division of Public Health | Seattle & King County is seeking two (2) Medical Assistants to join our Eastgate Public Health Center - Primary Care Adults and Pediatrics team!
This Medical Assistant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced Family Health Clinic offering primary care services to low-income families (newborns to seniors) with medical complexity and social vulnerability. This Medical Assistant will also be cross-trained to care for patients in our Sexual and Reproductive Health Care Clinic. Our multidisciplinary team includes core public health physicians, ARNPs, Virginia Mason Internal Medicine Residents, pharmacists, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health specialist, nutrition services, interpreters, referral coordinators, administrative staff and insurance enrollment navigators. Our medical assistant team provides core, client-centered support to patients across all of the services embedded within our clinic. We aspire to the highest level of NCQA medical home accreditation.
