Where's my ballot?
Ballots were mailed on October 16th and you should have received it by October 21th. If you are registered to vote but did not receive your ballot, please contact the King County Elections Office by phone at 206-296-8683 or by email at elections@kingcounty.gov to request a replacement ballot. You can also log in to My Voter Information to request a replacement ballot online, or visit a Vote Center.
How do I return my ballot?
Once you've filled out your ballot, there are three ways to return it:
-
A ballot drop box: Return your ballot to one of King County's 84 ballot drop boxes by 8 pm on Election Day, Tuesday November 5th.
-
By mail: You can vote and return your ballot, without a stamp, through the U.S. Postal Service as soon as you receive it. To make sure your ballot gets postmarked in time to be counted, it should be mailed by today, Friday November 1st.
-
A Vote Center: Vote Centers are available to voters who need assistance completing their ballot. Trained staff and specialized equipment are available to help voters with disabilities cast a private, independent ballot. At all Vote Centers, voters can register for the first time, update their registration, get a replacement ballot, or use an accessible voting device.
How do I know my vote got counted?
You can track your ballot online using King County's ballot notification program to make sure your vote counts. Voters can sign-up to receive text messages, emails (or both!) about when their ballot is mailed, when King County Elections received it, and when their signature has been verified (or if there’s an issue with their signature).
King County Parks is exploring a project proposed by Northwest Disc Golf Association for an 18-hole backcountry style disc golf course in the forested area of Petrovitsky Park.
At this stage in the project, King County Parks is evaluating the opinion of the surrounding community on this proposal. If the proposal is approved, the next phase of engagement would involve environmental analysis and gathering feedback from the community to determine specific design options.
Share your thoughts by taking a short, 5 question survey by November 22. The results will be used to determine if this proposal moves forward or not.
