Metro Transit’s Employee Services Division is hiring multiple Talent Associates!
Our Talent Associates are highly organized, customer-focused, committed to diversity and social justice and play a crucial role in Metro’s Talent Acquisition team. They organize, prioritize, coordinate, and deploy key elements of high-volume recruitment and selection processes, which include screening, testing, evaluation, and hiring of our talented and diverse workforce.Metro Transit’s Employee Services Division (Human Resources) supports the largest department in King County through recruitment and selection, workforce planning and development, HRIS data and analytics, and electronic records management. We're immensely proud that our efforts enable Metro Transit to continue meeting the mobility needs of the county's growing population.
Recruitment Information:
This recruitment will fill multiple Career Service Talent Associate (HR Associate classification) vacancies within the Employee Services Talent Acquisition team. Additionally, this selection process may create an eligibility pool for future Career Service vacancies in this classification and workgroup. The eligibility pool will be retained for 12 months from the posting date and may be used at the discretion of the hiring authority.
