Human Resources Manager I - HRIM

 The Employee Services Division within the Metro Transit Department (MTD) seeks an experienced, collaborative, and motivated HR Manager I for the HR Information Management (HRIM) Team.
 
As the HRIM Manager, you will 
  • provide leadership and influence culture.
  • manage HR information for people, services, and processes.
  • improve processes through technology, organizational design, and data-driven decision making.
This role is responsible for leading, directing the work of, and supporting Metro’s HRIM Team, ensuring the effectiveness of processes that support position management, contract implementation, records management, and other HR information processes. This role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes, systems, and tools, ensuring optimal employee experiences and organizational effectiveness.
 
The HRIM Manager is a member of the Employee Services Management Team (ESMT) and reports to Metro’s HR Manager III. As a strategic partner to the HR Manager III and a subject-matter expert, you will serve as the main ambassador for this area of work and provide guidance and recommendations about complex pay-related issues, records management, and other HR information to partners at every level across and beyond the department.
 
You will work with the HR Manager III to build and implement strategic plans that center team development and effective processes while keeping a keen eye on culture.
