About the project

The Eastside Interceptor (ESI), which consists of 14 sections, is one of the largest conveyance systems within the Wastewater Treatment Division. This project will repair a 1-mile section of the ESI called Section 8 (ESI 8), starting near the intersection of Interstate-90 and Interstate-405 in Bellevue to the intersection of Coal Creek Parkway Southeast and I-405. Repairs will help the pipe last another 50 years.
