Haring Center DCYF Early Childhood Complex Needs “Back to School” Training Series
DCYF is offering trainings to support child care workers who care for young children with complex needs. These trainings will be facilitated by the UW Haring Center and will focus on:
- Designing Classroom Routines, Transitions, and Schedules - 8/19 or 9/5
- Creating Supportive Learning Environments - 8/22 or 9/12
- Classroom Management - 8/27 or 9/19
- Teaming & Collaboration - 8/29 or 9/26
- Inclusive Large Groups - 9/3 or 10/3
- Supporting Multilingual Learners - 9/10 or 10/10
All trainings are FREE and held remotely via Zoom. In-Service STARS credit will be offered for all trainings.
Target Audience: Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Providers.
Training Dates and Times: Each topic has an afternoon and evening option. For topics and dates, see these flyers in English, Spanish, and Somali.
Training Languages: All training topics will be offered in English, Spanish, and Somali.
