Electrical work on 108th Avenue Southeast near Enatai Beach Park as early as June 11
Expect flaggers directing single lane traffic through the area
|
|
As early as Tuesday, June 11, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) crews will begin installing electrical conduits on 108th Ave SE north of Southeast 34th Street. These conduits will provide power to the odor control unit located at Enatai Beach Park. This work requires crews to dig trenches to get access to utility lines.
Flaggers will direct single lane alternating traffic near the work area on 108th Ave SE and SE 34th St. Access to sidewalks, the I-90 Trail, and Enatai Beach Park will be maintained during this work.
Outside of working hours, steel plates will be used to cover the excavation to make the entire width of the roadway usable. PSE will reach out to residents directly if any additional coordination is needed. This PSE work is expected to last about a week.
There will be similar work performed by PSE later in June. Flaggers will direct traffic around the work area on 108th Ave SE. Please check our project website for updates on that work.
Work will take place on 108th Ave S.E. just north of S.E. 34th St.
