Pharmacy Technician

The Office of Directors Division of Public Health | Seattle & King County is seeking two (2) Short-Term Temporary Pharmacy Technicians to join our team!

This position will be under the Office of Directors Division (ODIR) Pharmacy Department. STT Pharmacy Technicians will assist with backfill needs across Community Health Services CHS and Jail Health Services pharmacies. The responsibilities include assisting pharmacists by processing prescriptions, maintaining patient profiles, filling prescriptions, and maintaining inventories. The pharmacy technicians will also be providing support services to assure that the pharmacy program is in compliance with all relevant state and federal rules and regulations. 

This is an on-call (STT) position that allows the applicant to have the flexibility to work whenever they are available. This position also allows the applicant to work in various different pharmacy locations and learn different aspects of pharmacy work.

Work Schedule:
    
There is no set schedule as it is based on need for coverage across CHS and JHS. Though the expectation is at least one shift per month.
