King County Metro Transit has an exciting Special Duty Assignment (SDA) Administrator II role for the Rail Business and Administration Section. Successful candidates will provide a broad range of administrative services such as personnel, budget, problem solving, program development and administration functions for the Rail Division and its Sections. The Administrator II, working under the supervision of the Business Analyst Senior, will be primarily responsible for strategic planning, records management, administrative policy guidance, Section Manager administrative support, recruitment tracking, committee support, SharePoint site administration and coordinating administrative activities for assigned work groups, such as payroll processing, employee reimbursements and grievance tracking. A key project will be helping support administrative services ramp up for the new Link east base facility in Bellevue, WA.
