Claims Supervisor

The Department of Human Resources, Central Employees Services Division seeks a knowledgeable and experienced Claims Supervisor to join the Safety and Claims unit. The successful candidate will join a team where the number one priority is the health and safety of King County employes. 

Reporting to the Safety and Claims Manager, the Claims Supervisor will provide technical expertise in the management of complex cases. This work includes database and claims management, staff and project development, and supervision of four Claims Assistants. In accordance with industrial insurance legal requirements and claims management standards of King County, a self-insured entity in Washington State, the County is responsible for self-administering its own Workers' Compensation program.
