Guardrail installation on 90th Pl SE cul-de-sac as early as March 4

Starting as early as March 4, crews plan to install a guardrail at the top of the 90th Place Southeast cul-de-sac as part of site restoration activities. This work is expected to last approximately three days.

Crews will install guardrail posts into post holes. Then, a concrete truck will fill around the posts with concrete. After that, crews will attach the railing to the posts. The concrete truck may create noise as it initially rotates. The rails are bolted on so neighbors may notice noise from the rotary tool that tightens them.

What to expect:

  • Approved work hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
  • All work will be performed in the public right-of-way.
  • Noise, dust, and vibrations typical of an active construction project.
  • Emergency vehicle access will be maintained.
  • Construction schedules may change based on factors such as site conditions, weather, and material availability.
