  This position under the direction of more senior staff, works as an information support specialist assigned to the Department of Judicial Administration (DJA's) technology service desk.  The responsibilities of this position include building and deploying PC's an peripherals, supporting service desk requests, diagnosing and resolving end-user problems, developing and updating documentation, conducting inventories, preparing computer equipment for disposal, and updating service records and software licensure records.

 Job Type: Term Limited Temporary or Special Duty Assignment anticipated to last until January 2026

 WORK SCHEDULE:  This position is overtime eligible.  The normal workweek for this position is Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour day schedule between the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm.
