Attached is the list of cases newly released by the King County Medical Examiner's Office (KCMEO) on 11/29/23.
This list may also include updates to previously released cases.
This list does not include cases where decedent identity is not yet confirmed.
The KCMEO sends out this list weekday afternoons – not including holidays. Monday lists will include cases from the weekend, and cases from a holiday will be listed the following business day.
Please note that state law prohibits the release of autopsy reports to anyone beyond next-of-kin.
