One week away! King County Behavioral Health Legislative Forum on Nov. 20

one week away

The Legislative Forum is only one week away!

King County is excited to host our upcoming annual Behavioral Health Legislative Forum, which will be held in person once again.

We hope you'll join us on Monday, November 20, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:30pm at Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. The event is free and open to everyone.

Click here to register now! Registration isn't required to attend, but it helps us plan the best experience possible. We're nearly to our goal of 500 people registered!

The forum will include:

  • Remarks from King County Executive Dow Constantine.
  • King County's proposed behavioral health legislative priorities for 2024.
  • Stories from people in recovery.
  • Opportunity to share your voice and connect with legislators and county councilmembers at round-table conversations before the program.
  • Perspectives and priorities of legislators and county councilmembers.
  • Legendary pre-event hosted by our partner King County Recovery Coalition. (See details and RSVP here!)

We’re looking forward to once again joining in person with our partners, provider agencies, legislators, advocates, and community members!

Join us on November 20th to make your voice heard and learn more about what's being done to enhance mental health and substance use disorder supports in King County and across the state.
