Plan ahead with Metro's Link shuttles for Sound Transit 1 Line service disruptions.
Sound Transit 1 Line service will be reduced from August 12 through 20 as crews replace rail at Royal Brougham Way, just north of Stadium Station. This work will occur in three phases. Phase one set to begin August 12 and 13.
Important service information for August 12 and 13;
- 1 Line trains will run every 15 minutes between Northgate and Capitol Hill Stations, also between SODO and Angle Lake Stations.
- Westlake, University Street, Pioneer Square, International District/Chinatown and Stadium stations will be closed.
- Free Link shuttle buses will serve all stations between Capitol Hill and SODO every 10 minutes.
- On Saturday, August 12,
from 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 am
- On Sunday, August 13,
from 5:08 a.m. to 11:50 p.m.
Link shuttle stops from SODO to Capitol Hill;
 At Capitol Hill, passengers can board 1 Line trains to Northgate.
Link shuttle stops from Capitol Hill to SODO;
 At SODO, passengers can board 1 Line trains to Angle Lake.
