First Departure From Downtown to Vashon tonight will be 3:30 p.m.
The Fauntleroy ferry dock in West Seattle is back in service after dock repairs, however delays are anticipated to Vashon Island as a result of backups.
The Vashon Water Taxi provides evening commuter runs from downtown Seattle’s Pier 50. The MV Sally Fox will add an additional run from downtown at Pier 50 to Vashon at 3:30 p.m. to go with its regular sailings at 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The Sally Fox departs the Vashon dock back to Seattle with an added sailing at 3:58 p.m., and regular sailings at 4:58 p.m., 5:58 p.m. and 6:58 p.m.
Fares for the 22-minute trip is $6.75 for an adult. If you have an ORCA card, the cost is $5.75. You can get additional information on fares and schedules at the Vashon Water Taxi webpage.
