Transit Alert Correction – Transit service to Seattle will be affected by the westbound closure of the I-90 bridge at Mercer Island Fri AM-Mon AM

From Friday, September 23 at 10:00 AM, through Monday, September 26 at 5:00 AM, Sound Transit Express routes 550 and 554 heading toward Seattle will be affected by the westbound closure of the I-90 bridge at Mercer Island.

During this time, ST 550 and ST 554 will travel instead via I-405, SR 520 and I-5

ST 550 riders may board or exit at the regular stops at South Bellevue Station at Bay 1 and northbound on 4th Av just south of S Jackson St.  ST 550 will not serve the stop westbound on N Mercer Way just west of 80th Av SE at Bay 1.

ST 554 riders may board or exit at the stop along the revised routing southbound on 142nd Pl SE just north of SE 36th St or the regular stop in Seattle, northbound on 4th Av just south of S Jackson St. ST 554 will not serve the stops westbound on the I-90 ramp at 142nd Pl SE, westbound on N Mercer Way just west of 80th Av SE at Bay 1, and the stop northbound on Rainier Av S just north of S Charles St.

Heading to their eastside destinations, ST 550 and ST 554 will operate regular route across the I-90 bridge.
