Immunization Program Site Visitor & Vaccine Depot Manager

This is a TLT/SDA position that reports to the Immunization Program Healthcare Branch Manager in the Communicable Disease Epidemiology and Immunization Section. The incumbent performs COVID-19 Vaccine Program site visits with enrolled clinics in King County utilizing pre-designed assessment methodologies. The incumbent evaluates clinic data to determine whether current COVID-19 Vaccine program policies and procedures regarding vaccine ordering, reporting, inventory management, and vaccine dose documentation are effectively carried out by the practice. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the King County Vaccine Depot, including vaccine inventory ordering and tracking, facilitating redistribution of vaccine and ancillary supplies to requesting providers, and temperature and cold chain management. This position is based at the Chinook Building and also involves frequent travel to health care settings that provide immunization services within King County.
