 New ORCA reminders
Remind your employees to tap on AND off when riding Link light rail and the Sounder train
Link and Sounder fares are charged by the distance traveled. If a rider does not tap off, the fare is calculated as the longest potential trip. Please remind employees to tap their ORCA cards before boarding and upon exiting Link and Sounder service.
Take inventory of ORCA cards associated with your business account
With the migration of new ORCA last month, this is a great time to do an inventory of your cards and ensure everything looks exactly the way you would expect. On the “manage cards” page, you can view the status of each card. On the top right side, you can also click on “export cards by csv” to get a list of all the cards on your account.
If you have questions or issues with your account, contact your lead agent by emailing business.leadagent@kingcounty.gov
