 Pending ORCA Business Account Changes
Please note the following changes in preparation for the May 16, 2022 launch of the new ORCA system and the myORCA.com website:
-
The current Business Account Website (orcacard.biz) will be deactivated on May 12 at 6:00 p.m. PST in preparation for launch. Starting May 16, you will use myORCA.com.
-
Effective May 16, the cost per ORCA card will be reduced from $5 to $3. If possible, we suggest you wait until May 16 to place your next card order.
-
Prior to deactivation of orcacard.biz, card orders will be limited to allow time for ORCA to complete card orders.
- As of May 2, the maximum order will be 200 cards.
- As of May 9, the maximum order will be 10 cards.
- You may continue to add value at orcacard.biz until May 12 at 6:00 p.m. PST.
If you have any questions about the new ORCA system, please contact your account rep or email business.leadagent@kingcounty.gov.

When New ORCA launches in mid-May 2022, your account will be managed at myORCA.com, an improved account management tool. Orcacard.biz will be retired. Your account details and employee cards will transfer to myORCA.com automatically, but you need to take one critical step before May 2022 to ensure a seamless experience:
You must update your primary contact information (labeled in orcacard.biz as “Business Account Contact 1”).
To update your information, be sure that your “Business Account Contact 1” is up to date (name, email and mailing address) by logging into your account at orcacard.biz, selecting “account details” on the left navigation bar, selecting the “contact information” tab at the top, entering the correct “Business Account Contact 1” information and saving.
“Business Account Contact 1” will be the administrator of your new account at myORCA.com, and when that site launches in May, this contact will be emailed an access link to login and assign roles and user profiles for other members of your team.
