Dear Friends and Neighbors,
This week, I kicked off my first round of CSA town hall meetings for unincorporated communities across District 9. I appreciate the chance these meetings give me to connect with you about the issues that matter most!
Two major issues that have emerged in the town halls we've held so far are: 1) the desire for more law enforcement presence in the community, and 2) reducing homeless encampments in parks and public spaces. These are two of my biggest priorities right now, and I will continue to fight for more resources for our police and keeping our communities clean and safe.
Thank you to everyone who attended a town hall meeting so far and provided valuable input!
There are three more town halls coming up, with the next scheduled for this coming Monday for the Greater Maple Valley/Cedar River community:
-
Mon, March 21, 6 PM - 8:30 PM - Greater Maple Valley/Cedar River
-
Mon, March 28, 6 PM - 8:30 PM - Four Creeks/Tiger Mountain
-
Wed, March 30, 6 PM - 8:30 PM - Fairwood
