With funding from the VSHSL, King County partnered with 501 Commons to conduct a countywide nonprofit wage and benefits survey in 2021 to better understand the array of influences – including wages – that contribute to employee recruitment, retention and satisfaction in the nonprofit sector, and begin exploring ways to better promote equitable nonprofit workforce salaries and benefits in King County.
Thank you to all who participated in the Nonprofit Wage & Benefits Survey last year. Your participation has contributed to the creation of the report, Putting People First, providing an invaluable resource to King County’s nonprofit sector.
The report is now available. Learn more and read the Putting People First report.
