This position is a unique opportunity within Public Health to be a member of the team who supports users of the Microsoft Vaccine Management System (MVM), the software system used for registration, scheduling, and documenting the administration of COVID-19 vaccinations at Public Health – Seattle & King County vaccination sites.
This recruitment is for an Administrator III, Special Duty Assignment (SDA) or Term-Limited Temporary (TLT) on the MVM Support Team, in the Community Health Services Division. Assignment is for approximately 8 months until June 2022. Incumbents will support the MVM system and MVM users. This position plays a key role by providing a high level of customer service, maintaining quality standards, creating training materials, training users, testing the system during upgrades and troubleshooting problems.
This position reports to Carole Mullin, Health Services Administrator for the Covid IT Program at Public Health – Seattle & King County.
