Transit Alert – Transit service to Seattle will not serve the stop on the SR 520 ramp at NE 40 St overnight on 10/15

Overnight on Friday, October 15, from 10:00 PM until 5:00 AM Saturday morning, Sound Transit Express routes 542 and 545 will be rerouted off of the westbound SR 520 on-ramp at NE 40th St, due to construction.

During this time, ST 542 heading toward the University District and ST 545 to downtown Seattle will travel instead via NE 40th St and 148th Av NE to SR 520, and will not serve the stop southbound on the SR 520 on-ramp just south of NE 40th St. Riders may board or exit at the stop westbound on NE 40th St just west of 152nd Av NE instead.

Heading toward Redmond, ST 542 and ST 545 are not affected, and all regular stops are served.

Visit Metro’s Service Advisories page for information about revised bus service, routing and stops for planned construction or events.  When buses are rerouted, reroute start and end times may be subject to change.

Visit Metro’s online regional Puget Sound Trip Planner to plan your travel, and for bus stop, schedule and other information, including predicted times at stops.
