Both directions of State Route 169 (Renton-Maple Valley Rd) at Cedar Grove Rd SE, near Maple Valley, will be closed: 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15 until 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18. A signed detour will direct traffic to nearby roads.

During the full road closure, King County's Department of Natural Resources and Parks will replace two worn out flood drainage culverts under the highway and the adjacent Cedar River Trail. More information: Kingcounty.gov/SR169FloodReduction
