King County first large county to reach 70 percent with one vaccine dose across all age and racial groups; more than 3 million doses countywide, King County Executive news release

More than 70 percent of all age groups 12 and older and across all race and ethnic groups in King County have received at least one dose of COVID-19, the first large county in the nation to reach this milestone. More than 3 million doses have been administered countywide.

Statewide updated mask order goes into effect Monday, Aug. 23rd, WA State Dept. of Health

Washington State Order 20-03 has been updated requiring face masks for everyone over five years of age in most public indoor settings regardless of vaccination status. These include places like grocery stores, malls, gyms, and community centers effective Monday, August 23, 2021.

What to do if you've lost your COVID vaccination card

  1. Sign up for MyIR (a free service from the WA State Dept. of Health)
    Look up your vaccination record then print or take a screenshot. If your records don't show p, call 1-833-VAX-HELP (1-833-829-4357).

  2. Ask your provider
    If you received your vaccine at your health care provider, the provider's office should be able to give you a copy of your record.

  3. Ask at the vaccination site
    Go back to the site where you were vaccinated and ask a clinic supervisor if they can look up your record to create a new card.
