All three currently authorized vaccines were developed using technologies that have been studied and worked with for decades. And no safety steps were skipped in developing all three.

  • Total hospitalizations in King County: 5,113
    • New hospitalizations since yesterday: 4 at 6.2% of all positive cases

  • Total deaths due to COVID-19 illness in King County: 1,411
    • New deaths since yesterday: 7 at 1.7% of all positive cases

  • Total count of all test results: 1,900,795
    • New test results since yesterday: 7,087

  • Total count of people tested in King County: 912,028
    • New count of people tested since yesterday: 1,657
