KCSO Supplemental Investigation Following

Redmond Police 2020 Shooting

On January19th, 2021, the King County Sheriff's Office, per LETCSA / I-940, forwarded our initial investigation into the Redmond Police Department's September 20th, 2020 officer involved shooting (OIS) to the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office (KCPAO) for review. 

The KCPAO has returned this case to the King County Sheriff's Office requesting supplemental investigation.  The Sheriff's Office is working to complete this investigation as soon as all relevant information is gathered.  A periodic update will be shared when this case is returned by our agency to the KCPAO.
