Public Health – Seattle & King County (PHSKC) is collaborating with a variety of King County Divisions and local area organizations to ensure a sufficient number of high-volume vaccination sites are in operation, particularly in areas of need like South King County. These sites are expected to be open six (6)days per week and to operate at least eight (8) hours per day, with the possibility to extend these hours/days of operation depending on demand and vaccine availability.
We are seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Vaccine Program Personal Health Services Supervisor (PHSS) in the Community Health Services Division to work for up to nine months to oversee COVID-19 mass vaccination sites. The Personal Health Services Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned clinical staff and oversees the clinical operation of the site.
This position is based in the Chinook Building in Downtown Seattle; however, the majority of the time will be spent onsite at the South King County mass vaccination clinic site. This is a term limited temporary (TLT) or Special Duty position. This position will report to the Mass Vaccination Area Manager in the Community Health Services Division of Public Health. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and work well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
