Effective 1/28/21 -

When you report to Drug Court that you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19:

• You must get a test immediately and will have a maximum of 72 hours to provide proof you have been tested.
• You must provide the test results within a maximum of 2 days after taking the test.
• Proof of the test and the results must be submitted to your drug court case manager within the timeframe above.
