Gov. Jay Inslee will hold a news conference at 3 p.m. today (Monday) to announce his equity package as part of his 2021-2023 budget proposal. He will be joined by Washington State Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler and State Representatives Melanie Morgan and Mia Gregerson.
