King County COVID-19 updates for September 8, 2020

The dry, warm weather and wind have resulted in increased wildfires in our state and the introduction of wildfire smoke in our region. As of Tuesday morning (September 8, 2020), Puget Sound Clean Air Agency has determined that air quality conditions in most of the Puget Sound region are unhealthy for everyone. Everyone should take precautions, including those suffering from COVID-19.
Extensive revisions to Phase 2 and 3 guidelines for King County food establishments
The following edits are in response to clarifications from the Washington State Dept. of Health and the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board:
- Under the section, "Dine-in service procedure", read revised guidance under items #2, 6, 10, 11, 12, 16
- Under the section, "For taverns, breweries, wineries and distilleries", read revised item #1
