July 24th Council Meeting & Possible Vote on 2020 Comprehensive Plan Update

On Friday, July 24, 2020, the King County Council is scheduled to consider the proposed 2020 update to the 2016 King County Comprehensive Plan (Proposed Ordinance 2019-0413), and take a final vote on the legislation. The meeting will take place starting at 9:00 a.m.  The meeting will be held remotely to comply with the Washington State Governor's Declaration 20-28 (as amended) regarding the Open Public Meetings Act. The public hearing on the 2020 Update was closed at the July 21, 2020 Council meeting.  There will be no additional opportunity for public testimony on the 2020 Update at the July 24th meeting, except for amendments proposed after the July 21, 2020 Council meeting.  If any new amendments are made public prior to the special meeting, they will be posted here.
