Governor Inslee will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. today to give an update on the state’s response to COVID-19. He is expected to issue updated guidance for the Safe Start plan. He will be joined by Brad Peck, commissioner, Franklin County, Jerome Delvin, commissioner, Benton County, John Wiesman, secretary, Department of Health and Patricia Byers, mayor, Yakima.
