King County Executive Dow Constantine and Local Health Officer Dr. Jeff Duchin will hold a media availability this afternoon approximately 15 minutes after the conclusion of Gov. Inslee's afternoon press conference (tentatively targeting 3:30 p.m.) They will discuss the next steps for King County's Safe Start plan to re-open businesses and personal activities during the COVID-19 recovery.
