King County COVID-19 updates for April 7, 2020: Case updates; resources available in multiple languages to support overall effort to decrease illness

Public health resources are available in multiple languages. In addition, Public Health—Seattle & King County reported 155 new cases of COVID-19 today, bringing the official case count in King County to 3,486, and eight new deaths, bringing the total of COVID-19 deaths in King County to 230.
