Trail closed for repairs beginning Monday, January 6 from SE 8th St to SE 26th St

Heavy equipment on trail, trail closed for safety

Starting Monday morning, January 6th, Parks' operations heavy equipment crew will be moving digging machinery and backing dump trucks down the narrow interim trail to repair the washout at 1919 East Lake Sammamish Place SE.

Due to the safety concerns and dangerous conditions, we cannot have the public using this portion of the trail until the repairs are complete. A work zone will be set up, barricaded at 2005 East Lake Sammamish Place SE on the south end and as far north as 649 East Lake Sammamish Parkway SE on the north end when crews are actively working.

This work zone will be off limits to the public for safety.
