At these community planning sessions we will discuss:

  • What particular challenges do persons with disabilities and their caregivers face when attempting to navigate human and housing service systems?
  • How can we lift up and support self-advocacy with focused assistance in navigating service systems?
  • What support around specialized system navigation assistance do caregivers need?
  • How can we ensure that services are targeting low-income communities, communities of color and other marginalized groups?
  • What would the community consider success?
