Sammamish Interlake Lacrosse receives a King County District 6 Get Active Stay Active Grant
Get Active Stay Active is a two-year grant awarded by my office to organizations that provide youth and amateur sports and fitness programs in King County District 6. The goal is to help youth, adults, and seniors participate in physical activities that promote health and wellbeing.
Funding can be used for coaching or space rentals, camp and program fee scholarships, athletic and fitness equipment, or capital projects.
Applications are due by Monday, February 25. Apply today!
Community-based organizations whose mission is to provide services to seniors, low-income individuals, communities of color, people with disabilities, immigrants and refugees, and other underserved populations are encouraged to apply.
