This is our third bulletin about King County's 2018/19 Skyway-West Hill Community Service Area (CSA) Subarea Plan. Residents, property owners, businesses, and anyone else with an interest in the plan are invited to subscribe. Each bulletin will have a What’s Happened section summarizing recent events as well as a What’s Next highlighting coming events.

What's Happened

• On October 30th, King County hosted the first community forum for this Plan at Albert Talley High School. About 55 Skyway-West Hill residents participated. Thank you to everyone who came out and shared their ideas! 
• A summary of all the comments received at the forum can be found at the link at the bottom of this newsletter. A copy of the same comments will also be posted on the plan website (under the "Get Involved" section) by next Tuesday, Nov. 27.
• REMINDER: A 9-question survey about several different parts of this plan was presented at the October 30th forum and is also available on the plan website. (See the red "Land Use Survey" link at the top of the page.) If you have already taken the survey, thank you! If not, please take a few minutes to give your opinion about future land use and development in the Skyway-West Hill community by clicking here to take the survey. 

What's Next

• Draft Plan Outline - Several folks have asked for more detailed information about the topics and proposals that will be in the Skyway-West Hill CSA Subarea Plan. King County staff are currently writing a detailed outline of the Plan that we hope will answer this question. A link to the plan outline will be sent out through this e-Bulletin and posted on the plan website soon. We will be asking for your ideas and feedback by December 14th. 
• November Field Office Day - Our next field office day is Tuesday, November 27th, from 8:00am to 4:30pm. You're welcome to drop-by the Skyway Water & Sewer District office at 6723 South 124th Street to visit with the Subarea Planner about the plan and process. Learn more about this on the plan web page under Get Involved.
