 Help establish a new trail system for the Island while looking at the great view from the hillside above the sound!
King County Parks and the Vashon-Maury Island Land Trust are partnering with the Washington Trails Association (WTA) on a new trail at Maury Island Marine Park. We are looking for volunteers to help us complete phase one of this exciting new trail.
Please join us for work parties on:
- Oct 30, 31
- Nov 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
When the trail system is complete, you will be able to walk through madrone forests and see stunning views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier.
These volunteer work parties are perfect opportunities for student community service projects, scout projects, and church and business organization team building.
