The Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) Coordinator supports the work of the E-911 Program Office, and is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of the E-911/Next Generation 911 (NG911) MSAG and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) Database to ensure that all address information and 911 call routing information is accurate.  This includes coordinating with 12 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), public safety agencies, city addressing authorities, multiple telephone companies, and the E-911/NG911 system service provider.  This position works closely with other GIS specialists to ensure that the ALI Database is synchronized with the E-911 Geodatabase.  This position also receives and resolves address and 911 call routing error reports from the PSAPs, and coordinates updates to the ALI Database due to annexations and incorporations.

Work Schedule
The normal work week for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Alternative work schedules may be considered. This position is not eligible for overtime pay.
