Equity and Inclusion Manager

This position will support the DCHS' equity and social justice (ESJ) efforts needed to drive organizational change to become a fully inclusive and just workplace. As the DCHS Equity Manager, you will work with department management and its ESJ Leadership Team in developing strategic direction, identifying and implementing diversity/inclusion initiatives and tracking progress towards goal attainment. Additionally, the position will represent the Department on the King County Inter-Branch Team.?

Work Schedule: This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is not overtime eligible. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
